My sketchbook drawings are really a result of me being unable to stop making art. I take my sketchbook everywhere. When I am at the doctors office or waiting in the car, I draw and paint in my sketchbook. I use "down" time to make these and I have since high school. These drawings have translated into my collage paintings. The drawings are ways to play and make images from my mind. I'm not sure what or why they appear but sometimes they provide some kind of insight.
